Litha (Summer Solstice): June 20 - 23
Litha is a Pagan holiday celebrating Midsummer’s Night. It is believed to be a night when the Fae pass into the human world at twilight to offer blessings. It is a time to celebrate the longest day of the year with loved ones.
Litha is a celebration of the Goddess Danu a fundamental earth goddess and the mother goddess of the Tuatha Dé Danann (In Gaelic means “People of the Goddess Danu”).
