Shipment Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, I will do my best to notify if order processing is delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Custom Orders

If you place a custom order, you will receive an estimate as soon as I can get one prepared. Before I start ANY custom order, I will require a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit covers any material cost. If you back out for any reason, the deposit will NOT be refunded. Before a project is started, I will go over expectations and provide drawings or mock versions for approval. I want to make sure that you are even more satisfied with your order than I am.  

Refund Policy

If an item is damaged in transit, we will provide a refund upon receipt of "proof of damage" if the item is unusable. 
If the damage is minor, and you wish to keep the item, we will offer a partial refund dependent upon the amount of damage. If you do not wish to keep the item, you may return it for a full refund. 
If an item is returned due to a change of mind, there is a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is received with damage that was NOT received in transit, a refund will not be issued. 
 
Note: Any custom orders that have personalization (Names, dates, etc.) will not receive a refund for any reason (Transit damage is the only exception) since these items cannot be re-sold to recoup expenses.

Handmade Disclaimer:

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of my product(s) being 100% handmade to order.  “One of a kind” Most of the products are handcrafted, often, one at a time, making it infrequent to create identical items.

Beautiful Variations:

  • All items are handmade and hand-dyed.  Handmade items, by nature, have imperfections.  Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies.  Based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next, and this is what makes handcrafted work unique.
  • Colors and materials from natural dyes behave differently.  Although we offer several products of the same style, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, making each item look slightly different from the next.
  • Any item you purchase is one of a kind.  There are no two items in our shop that are precisely the same.  The material may not be from the same lot and may vary based on our variety of suppliers.  Even if it is, the unique patterning of colors will make each item beautifully different.
  • Our items are produced for you and are full of love and care. Regardless if it is a concrete skull, a bar of soap, an ornament or snow-globe tumbler.
