Black Obsidian:

Healing Properties: Grounding, detoxification, anger management, clarity, focus and help through grief/loss.

Cleansing: Bury your Obsidian in soil for 24 hours. Charge by the light of the full moon overnight. Use a singing bowl. Hold under running water while thinking or speaking cleansing thoughts. (Important: Cleanse at least once per week when actively using Black Obsidian. It is a protective stone and must be cleansed of impurities and negativity frequently for it to effectively protect.) Saturday is the best day to cleanse your Obsidian as it will receive a boost from Saturn.
